Itzhak’s main fields of practice and expertise are Mergers & Acquisitions and all aspects of Real Estate transactions, including Construction Projects, Property Development, Real Estate Taxation, Yielding Properties and Zoning & Town Planning both in Israel and abroad.
In these fields Itzhak leads negotiation teams and provides legal counsel in all aspects thereof, including tax issues, project and corporate finance, real estate zoning as well as construction.
In recent years he has been involved in some of the most substantial real estate transactions in Israel spanning both the residential and commercial fields.
Itzhak provides legal services to several large clients in this field including leading construction and real estate companies, as well as large insurance companies.
Itzhak leads the firm's international joint venture firm, Firon Bar-Nir (Europe) & Co., providing comprehensive legal services to clients investing in various projects abroad, in rapidly developing countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, The Ukraine and Serbia.
